Work slowly, and if you accidentally trip a mine, focus on healing up before moving on again. If you have potions or spells to resist fire and prevent burning, you'll be much better off. Stay on the blood trails to stay as safe as possible, but note that you still may slip and step on a mine. The best strategy here is to break off your character with the best Perception, have her walk slowly across the bridge, and try to notice the mines. There are two ways to get through this area.
In the screenshots on this page, one of the characters has an adjusted 12 Perception for trap detection, and even she has a hard time seeing them without being adjacent to them. My main character is a Dwarven Ranger custom. I hate it when games are too easy though, so I chose Tactician Mode for my first playthrough. When the time comes, you can repay her, or refuse. Her henchmen will reveal themselves as demons, and each will award ,XP when killed. If you enter her cellar and get caught, she will attack you, along with 3 of her henchmen. Sanguinia Tell keeps the vial in a vial rack inside a cupboard in her cellar you can sneak in to take it back. If you are an undead, she will take your bone marrow instead. If you ask for a loan from an old woman, Sanguinia Tell, she will ask for some blood of yours to ensure that you will repay her back when she collects on your debt.
